I have played it over 50 times and cant hit the goal. A get to 9,7km and the goal is set at 10,1km.

^^definately a hack. Unlikely candidate for GIMPing...
From inside my car, I used clock management. So you CAN pass 10.1 & 10.2, it's just really hard.
EVEN BETTER, 10.8 km!! This time I ran flat out very hard from the start. In the past when I tried this I didn't make very far. You want to brake late, but not too late. The really important thing is to get back in the gas as soon as possible for those huge straight sections.
Driver Settings: Tilt B, no assists, sensitivity 3
This LTS won't let you play offline. At least... it wouldn't let me.
LOL I wanted desperately to prove DH wrong. I'll live vicariously through ME7. Outstanding work sir! DH don't ever say "Can't".
So the AI is programmed to allow the very, very best endurance specialists to beat it. Or hackers.
So much for this car being "cheap" fun for noobs.

The AI is just doing what it always does, nothing specific for this car. I guess that's the problem! The max target of 10.2 km is just way too hard in this car at Le Mans. I did had it go down from 10.1 km to 10 km when I kept finishing in the 9 km mark. It would have gone down further if I only went 0.5 km a handful of times.
But yeah, nasty for people who don't know about slowing bots and all that stuff. FM probably got a bunch of comments about it.
Normally Enduro's are a peice of cake. I was lazy on the first attmept and got 3rd and thought WTF. The next attempt I went around the outside of the car leading onto the first long straight and got second. Next try missed by feet. Fourth try I ran out of time just as I hit the 1st marker. Granted my car has all the upgrades and I run manual throttle and low brakes 90 percent of the time. Having raced something in real life starting with slot cars, Moto-cross, drag racing, some road racing, and ending with Shifter Go-Karts over a 50 year period. The times I showed up at the track and looked over the competition and thought I could easily get the win I can count on one hand. I liked the fact that in this event you were not automatically handed the win just by taking the green light and had to analyize where you think you went wrong and adjust like in real actuall on track racing. I wish all the races were more difficult. It gets very boring winning by thousnds of yards over and over and not paying a penalty when you blow a corner.
Good point Reno. In this car you certainly pay a penalty when going off-track. The loss of momentum is a sure fail at a Le Mans Endurance. I ran this race dozens and dozens of times to get it that 10.8 km. I certainly didn't have to. I had finished the series before ever posting in this thread. It was the challenge that I liked. I had to figure out exactly where the cars would be and when they would be there. Then I had to make passes that were just between hitting the cars and going off-track. If I made the pass but had the wrong race line, I still ended up going off-track. Making it through the chicanes fast was key, the bots waste a lot of time there.
