Stage 01 (An Opportunity)

Players who successfully complete all of the goals given in the first stage (An Opportunity) are rewarded with 5 Icon Gold. Throughout the first stage, players will have to race the McLaren MP4/4 on Red Bull Ring.

Quote Michael
Good to see you, sport. Do you remember way back in 2014, when you were still a fresh-faced racer, and I introduced you to your first taste of professional driving in the Scuderia Ferrari Championship?

Since then, you've become a true racing legend. In that spirit, I managed to scope out an amazing opportunity for you to race in the McLaren 1988 Reunion Tour, and you get to drive in none-other than the MP4/4!
— Michael, Manager

The McLaren '88 Reunion Tour is celebrating 30 years since the start of the 1988 season, which McLaren-Honda dominated. Given the stakes, and your prowess, I think we'll be fine.

That doesn't mean it will be easy however: you'll need more practice ahead of the selection in two days. I'm also going to bring Eric on board, to handle the running of the car.

The cherry on top for this competition is, if you manage to see it all the way to the end, my contact's willing to give you the MP4/4 you've been driving. A true prize for a true champion.

Stage 02 (Team Practice)

Players who successfully complete all of the goals given in the second stage (Team Practice) are rewarded with R$icon20,000 and 5 Icon Gold. Throughout the second stage, players will have to race the McLaren MP4/4 on Red Bull Ring.

Quote Michael
In the '88 season, McLaren, with the Honda turbo, clearly had the best engines. In Senna and Prost, they had the best drivers. Now, our team's got the best engineer!

Incredible! McLaren's engineering team went all out, even with turbocharged engines scheduled to be eliminated in '89. I've got my work cut out for me, with this one.

I think you'll do fine, Eric. Now, sport, the competition has already begun, but one of the teams had to pull out—hence the sudden opportunity for us.

The organisers are running team selections to replace them tomorrow at Suzuka. This is our chance to prove that we can officially replace the retracted team. Get some rest, and I'll see you there.

Quote Michael
Ah, the '88 Italian Grand Prix. Ferrari's Gerhard Berger took victory, dedicating the race in memory of Enzo Ferrari. It was the only race of the season that McLaren did not win, or even place in the top 3.

Let's rewrite history by claiming the 12th round for McLaren! Looks like the '95 Ferrari Enthusiasts Club is fielding the competition for this spectacle

I have some bad news—it looks like some of my Tour information was out of date, and we missed the entry for Round 13. I'm sorry I didn't notice sooner.

Luckily, at least, we're in the right spot for Round 14. I triple-checked, and although the '88 race has occurred at the Circuito Permanente de Jerez, the Reunion event is being held at Catalunya.

Quote Michael
Norm really took advantage of my mistake—not that I can blame him. But we can't slip up any more—we can't give Norm and Zoé any chances to pull ahead. Now, let's get to the Japanese Grand Prix!

This was the race that was to determine the championship. However, moments after the start of the Grand Prix, Senna's MP4/4 stalled on the grid, which gave a clear advantage to Prost.
— Michael, Manager
